Caherdaniel is on the N70 coast road. However you come, you'll be on the Ring of Kerry for the best of it.
From Killarney

Take the N71 to Kenmare, then the N70 west through Sneem. The last stretch hugs the coast.
From Killorglin

Follow the N70 anticlockwise through Cahersiveen and Waterville. Coffee stop in Waterville recommended.
